I love this cute little stencil, because to me, it tells a story--like most of the House Mouse stamps. This story is about a cute little mouse who is trying to fit in with the birds, but he just doesn't get it quite right. Not only does he have stick out ears and fur, but he doesn't even get the colors right. The orange reathers become pink when chosen by the mouse. The birds are trying to understand, but just don't quite "get it". It cracks me up a little.
MATERIALS:
Heat Tool
Momento Tuxedo Black Ink
Removable Tape

Tombow Foam Tape
Adhesive
Paper Trimmer
Distress Ink Stormy Sky
Blending Tool
Craft Sheet
DIRECTIONS:
1) Stamp the Tweet Disguise image with Momento Ink on Mixed Media Paper
2) Color the image using the Prismacolor Pencils, coloring very lightly in the background.
3) Tape the stencil over the blue card stock.
4) Rub the stencil brush over the Versamark Pad and rub a little off on a piece of paper towel.
5) Use circular motions with the brush to apply the clear ink over the stencil and onto the card stock.

7) Heat the embossing powder with the heat tool.
8) Stamp the Cling Quill image onto the pink card stock with Versamark.
9) Cover the stamped area with clear embossing powder, shake off the excess and heat emboss.

11) Cut around the feather.
12) Use the blending tool, craft sheet and Distress Ink to “distress” the edges of the various pieces.
13) Assemble the card.
