STM_WG_banner_2
Today, I have another post for the Whisker Graphics Blog Hop.  I went a little crazy again this time, but making bags is so much fun.....
Speaking of fun, we have PRIZES!

With all the fabulous inspiration that we will be sharing from both design teams we thought some of you would like to play along with these great products too, so there are PRIZES! Just comment along the hops each day and leave a thoughtful comment for the designers. Winners will be announced Monday, May 9th.
Three prize packages consisting of one each –
  • Divine Twine Diva – Crushed Lavender Solid
  • Divine Twine Diva – Crushed Lavender Stripe
  • Divine Twine Diva – Dried Celadon Solid
  • Divine Twine Diva – Dried Celadon Stripe
  • An assortment of bags in a variety of sizes and patterns.
  • Winners choice of a Stampendous Cling Rubber Stamp Set and Matching Dies (from available stock)
These three winners MUST have a US mailing address (or territories or military).
But wait! Additionally, we will give away one prize to an Australian winner courtesy of our distributor there – The Stencil Specialist – which will consist of distributor’s choice of one stamp, one stencil and a surprise goodie.
So, here is my post for the day:

I simply used the Sheep Die Cut in my manual die cut machine, right on the bag.  I traced the cut out with a black marker.  Then, I filled a zip top baggie with mints and slipped it inside.  I glued down the fine , loose pieces.  Finally, I folded over the top of the bag and wrapped it with twine.

Here are a couple of extra bag inspirations for you:
This bad was created in almost the same way as the previous one.  I cut out the bag with the Holly Die Cut.  Then, I lined the first bag with a small white bag.  I had to cut the white bag just a hair to get it inside.  Then, I glued down the smaller pieces.
Finally, I have a couple of "seaside" bags.  The coral and all the shells were stamped using the Seashells Cling Rubber Stamp Set.  Then, the coral was cut with the Seashells Die Set.  The Sea Turtle Stencil was pasted.  The Starfish Stencil was embossed by using the Versamark ink over the stencil and heat embossing with the ivory opaque embossing powder .
Thank you for stopping by today.  Remember to leave a note for your chance to win prizes.  Stop by and comment on all the blogs for even more entries.

  3. SWEET treats and great gift card holders Laura!!!
I'm especially INSPIRED by your sheep and holly windows. How did you cut the bag without it going through both sides or are they "double-sided" windows?
    THANK YOU for sharing :)

    1. Double sided windows, of course! But, if you didn't want that, a little piece of chipboard inside the envelope before you cut ought to do the trick.
