Another Day of Whisker Graphics Blog Hop

Today, I have another post for the Whisker Graphics Blog Hop.  I went a little crazy again this time, but making bags is so much fun.....

So, here is my post for the day:

I simply used the Sheep Die Cut in my manual die cut machine, right on the bag.  I traced the cut out with a black marker.  Then, I filled a zip top baggie with mints and slipped it inside.  I glued down the fine , loose pieces.  Finally, I folded over the top of the bag and wrapped it with twine.

    Here are a couple of extra bag inspirations for you:

This bad was created in almost the same way as the previous one.  I cut out the bag with the Holly Die Cut.  Then, I lined the first bag with a small white bag.  I had to cut the white bag just a hair to get it inside.  Then, I glued down the smaller pieces.

Finally, I have a couple of "seaside" bags.  The coral and all the shells were stamped using the Seashells Cling Rubber Stamp Set.  Then, the coral was cut with the Seashells Die Set.  The Sea Turtle Stencil was pasted.  The Starfish Stencil was embossed by using the Versamark ink over the stencil and heat embossing with the ivory opaque embossing powder .

I decided to do things simply today.  In honor of "Teacher Appreciation Week", I chose the Whisker Graphics bags with the loose leaf pattern on them.  Then, I traced the Owl Buddy,  Large Chunky Art Tools and the Large Apple Stencils onto these bags with a Micron Pen.  I colored them with Spectrum Markers.  I created the tassel on the second card byt wrapping twine around an acrylic stamp holder and tying it off.  I put the twine through two holes that I punched into the envelope.

You can see that the small bag is the PERFECT size for a gift card!  It actually goes all the way in, but I wanted you to see a little for comparison.  Easy peasy!

Want another easy idea?  Do what I did above.  Just glue any extra pieces of projects that didn't work out right to the bag.  On the left I have an extra pasting I had made of the Horses Stencil.  It was colored with Spectrum Markers.  On the right, I glued a "debossed" and colored image of the Rooster Stencil to the bag.  The rectangular shape that is underneath the rooster image was actually already on the bag.
