House Mouse Designs and Passionate Paper Creations

MATERIALS:
HMR65 Castle Construction
White Mixed media Paper
Versamark Pen
Opaque Embossing Powder in Golden Sand
Frantage Pearlized Mica Fragments
Heat Embossing Tool
Momento Tuxedo Black Ink
Prismacolor Pencils in French Gray 20% and 70% , Warm Gray 50%,  Cool Gray 10%, 20%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 90%, White, Blush Pink, Metallic Silver, Spring Green, Apple Green, Dark Umber, Light Umber, Sand,  Jasmine, Canary Yellow, Goldenrod, and Deco Blue.
Zip Dry
My Colors Card Stock in Black Suede and Sky
Raffia
DIRECTIONS:
1)    Fold a piece of 10” by  5 ½ ” card stock so that the fold is on the top.
2)    Stamp the Castle Construction image onto the mixed media paper.
3)    Color the image with the pencils.
4)    Adhere the image to a thin black mat and then to the background sky card stock.
5)    Use the Versamark Pen to color areas that you want to enhance with embossing paste.  Do small sections at a time.
6)    Cover the colored areas with embossing paste, tap off excess and heat emboss.
7)    While the embossing powder is still warm, you can add mica, or you can glue it into place after you finish the powders.
8)    Tie raffia ribbon in place.
9)    Attach the image to the card.

  2. That mouse better watch his tale! This is very cute. We just had an Opening of the Beaches last Sunday. A sandcastle contest was on Saturday and this creation reminds me of it. This is very cute. Love the raffia you added.
